Refunds

Refunds can be arranged by request within 24 hours (1 day ) of receiving your order. all sales after are final ,and not subject for refund. However, we will arrange an exchange if you did not receive the correct item, color, size, or if your item was received in a defective condition. Please contact us via email, and we will immediately resend a new item in exchange.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about an item. 

Upon receipt of purchase, customers have 7 days to notify us of any issues with their item(s).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a picture of the damaged item and shipping package, and we will immediately send a replacement.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 7 days after receipt (manufacturing, quality review) ,and total shipping time is 14 days (excluding production time) 

If your order is delayed 21 days after the date of your order, please contact us ,include the order date , order number, and tracking number in your inquiry. 

We are not responsible for lost packages in transit by the shipping currier, or stolen packages. Please be sure of correct shipping address details.
